The company was founded in 1994 and was renamed Liaoning Yisheng Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. after restructuring in 2005. It covers an area of 335 mu, with a building area of over 65,000 square meters. The company fully implements GMP standard management. It has more than 500 employees, including nearly 50 with master's degrees or above, and has been designated as a training base for several key universities in China.

Currently, freeze-dried human rabies vaccine (Vero cell) is in production, with an annual output of over 3 million doses. This vaccine is the first freeze-dried human rabies vaccine without aluminum adjuvant in China and has been in use for over 15 years. Meanwhile, the anti-cancer drug Yivyka has obtained production and sales licenses in Cambodia and is already on sale.
The new generation of "human PIKA rabies vaccine" with both preventive and therapeutic functions has entered Phase III clinical trials. Anti-hepatitis B virus and anti-cancer products have also entered the clinical stage. Animal experiments for the COVID-19 vaccine have been completed, and it has entered the clinical trial stage.
