Job Requirements:
1 、Education: Bachelor’s degree above in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a related technical field；
2、 Experience： This position requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical industry. You will be responsible fmanaging supplier production quality, specifically fcasting, forging, precision machining, assembly processes.
3 、Core Competencies：Ability to independently interpret complex mechanical drawings resolve on-site process quality issues; able to adapt to long-term business trips (business trip ratio ≥ 50%).
4、 Others: Honest trustworthy, responsible motivated, good communication coordination skills, careful patient.
Core Skills Requirements
1. English Proficiency: ：
Fluent in both spoken written English. Preference will be given to candidates with a CET-6 equivalent English proficiency certificate; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, writing; able to communicate fluently in English (email, telephone);
2. Professional Skills: ：
Core Required：Mastery of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), on-site audit execution, non-conformity handling (root cause analysis, corrective action promotion); proficiency in formulating project quality control plans identifying key quality checkpoints.
Key Focus：Supplier assessment/evaluation (new supplier potential analysis), continuous improvement (promotion of lean quality improvement), OTD (On-Time Delivery) coordination;
3. Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT), with certain data statistics analysis capabilities, able to optimize supplier cooperation；
4. Good customer service awareness problem-solving skills, able to quickly respond to internal external needs, efficiently handle quality abnormalities in collaboration with supplier.
Job Responsibilities:
1. This position is responsible fmanaging supplier quality systems to ensure all incoming materials meet company specifications quality standards. You will be involved in supplier development, auditing, performance evaluation, continuous improvement initiatives, serving as a key bridge between R&D, Procurement, external suppliers.
2. Formulate overall project quality control inspection plans based on project schedules, clarify key quality checkpoints inspection frequency, promote the implementation of the plans to ensure project quality meets requirements.
3. In response to material quality issues, lead suppliers to implement anomaly improvements track improvement progress.
4. Establish maintain supplier scorecards conduct regular quality performance reviews.;
5. Establish supplier quality standards processes;
6. Complete other supply chain supplier cooperation tasks assigned by superiors.
