岗位职责：
1.严格遵守员工手册及公司各项规章制度，实施并改进生产机器的工厂维护/预防性维护系统。始终确保工厂机械处于良好工作状态，将停机时间降至*低，并使机械运行成本达到*优，同时符合质量、食品安全和 EHS 要求；
2.持续探索新技术/机械以提高生产线效率，减少计划外停机、小停机和产能损失；
3.管理维护成本，确保在年度运营计划预算范围内，并持续改进损失点；
4.备件管理，确保适当的库存，保持合理的库存水平；
5.标准化维护程序；支持技术人员快速解决问题；
6.上级分配的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1.本科学历，电气工程相关专业，有丰富的自动化（PLC）设备操作经验；
2.至少 3 - 5 年良好的维修工程师工作经验，包括故障排除、根本原因分析以及在快速消费品/食品行业中的培训技能；
3.具备工厂设备安全和食品安全管理的经验和意识；
4.了解 TPM 或 WCM 知识，尤其是 PM ；
5.具备出色的商务英语能力，熟练掌握项目、PPT、Excel、Word 等办公软件。
