•非功能测试工具经验，尤其是基于python的工具，如Locust和Artillery。
•能够准备自动化测试框架，并测试web/移动/后端应用程序
•为*终用户应用程序构建功能测试自动化套件的实践经验
•管理测试用例需求可追溯性的经验
•了解自动化测试原理
