河北武罗药业有限公司其前身是衡水武罗制药厂，始建1994年，2006年1月企业名称变更为河北武罗药业有限公司，原厂位于衡水市武邑县。后由现在大股东于2014年收购，异地搬迁重建于衡水市景县衡德工业园。2015年下半年开始生产销售。
