公司1998年投产发电的两台25MW凝汽式发电机组，因环保不达标已于2015年4月停产。2×350MW热电联产扩建项目，为伊犁州重点工业推进项目，已于2015年6月26日取得新疆发改委核准，计划2016年4月，浇筑*方混凝土，预计2017年12月实现双机投运。拟新建2×660MW纯凝发电机组，项目可研报告已经通过预审，项目前期准备工作已经启动。
