工作职责
1、根据公司整体战略目标，全面负责公司研发战略制定和研发体系搭建，全面负责团队建设、培养、评估、考核、激励；
2、负责技术和产品层面的所有管理工作，负责公司产品线的技术构架，制定公司年度技术目标，组织并开展研发团队的年度工作计划并落实执行；
3、洞察行业技术发展趋势，负责重大项目的技术支持，组织制定和实施公司产品及业务重大技术决策、解决方案、重大迭代；
4、负责制定公司研发技术发展路线，建设研发技术体系，包括标准化体系建设、研发技术人才考核及晋升机制搭建；
5、全面负责技术团队的整体日常运营规划、决策和管理，提升团队的工作质量、效率和技术能力，构建稳定高效的技术产品研发团队。

任职资格
任职资格
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、汽车电子、电子通讯等相关专业；
2、十年及以上的软硬件开发经验，能力优秀者可降低年限要求；
3、具备有大型工业软件或复杂软件产品化和智能硬件研发的经验与能力，有车载研发实操经历，能结合公司目前产品以组织化形式沉淀，搭建产品、团队、体系；
4、丰富的软件架构搭建经验，车载、手机、工业软件等相关行业经验，优先考虑；
5、能打破纯技术思维限制，对新技术的理解具有前瞻性，对智能座舱、车载发展领域理解深刻，具备把战略与战术、研发与业务有机统一起来的能力；
6、具备优秀的团队领导力及团队协作能力，组织协调、计划控制、沟通表达、创新思维、产品研发、分析及解决问题的能力；
7、具备高度责任心、敬业精神和创业者心态
