Fibocom develops high-quality wireless communication and GPS modules, manufactured by well-known manufacturing enterprises in the industry. All Fibocom wireless communication and GPS modules are produced on fully automated assembly lines and undergo extensive production testing. The MES traceability system ensures product production progress and quality, strictly controlling from production to shipment according to the industry's strictest quality standards. Each production line implements measures such as AOI automatic online full inspection, full visual inspection, and X-ray off-line sampling inspection to eliminate products with potential solder joint defects. Our module inspection process includes climate tests such as temperature cycling and vibration tests. Using GSM, GPS, and WCDMA simulators, extensive software testing is conducted under various harsh environments to ensure product performance meets the strictest quality standards.
