China State Construction International is a listed company in Hong Kong of China State Construction Group Co., Ltd., a mega central enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is the largest comprehensive construction enterprise in the Hong Kong capital market and has been selected as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Sustainability Index for consecutive years. The history of CSCEC International Investment's investment business in Mainland China can be traced back to the 1990s, with large-scale development starting in 2006. Leveraging its comprehensive advantages such as the background of central enterprise with foreign capital, diversified domestic and overseas financing channels, and mature engineering management experience, it has now entered more than 80 prefecture-level cities across 21 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government, with total investment exceeding RMB 500 billion.
