1.在资深工程师指导下完成扫描链插入、逻辑压缩等基础DFT实现；
2.使用EDA工具进行测试覆盖率分析优化；
3.协助生成测试向量并分析ATE测试数据；
4.协助完成测试向量仿真；
5.学习芯片良率提升与故障诊断方法；
任职资格:
1.微电子、电子信息等专业硕士及以上学历;
2.了解DFT基础概念（扫描/边界扫描/MBIST）
3.熟悉Unix/Linux环境，熟练使用Tcl、shell、Makefile等脚本建立自动化流程；能使用perl 或者python 编程;
4.具备较强的思考问题、独立分析问题、解决问题的能力，具备较强的应变能力，工作主动性强;
5.良好的英语沟通、读写能力，能够和国际化团队一同工作;
