Shanghai Construction No.1 Construction Group Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch was established in May 2012, located in Yuzhong District, Chongqing, and is affiliated with Shanghai Construction No.1 Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as No.1 Construction Group).
No.1 Construction Group was established in 1953 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Construction Group. It holds the Special Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Housing Construction Projects and was awarded the title of "Construction Pioneer" by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. No.1 Construction Group has an annual contract signing amount exceeding 20 billion yuan, an annual construction output value exceeding 12 billion yuan, and an annual construction area of over 8 million square meters. More than 20 projects it has mainly built or participated in have won the national "Luban Prize," with the total number of awards ranking among the top of Shanghai construction enterprises, and it has been among the top three in the comprehensive strength assessment of Shanghai construction enterprises for six consecutive years.
