Zhiye Software Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in providing overall informatization solutions for medical, health, and wellness fields. Zhiye Software has built a product R&D base with Xiamen as its headquarters, and has set up 29 branches/subsidiaries in 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, serving more than 16,000 health administrative agencies and medical and health institutions at all levels. Zhiye Software boasts a high-quality professional team, with over 1,500 current employees, including more than 100 technical experts with over 10 years of industry experience, and R&D and project implementation personnel accounting for over 70%.
