职责描述：
1、根据客户需求开发程序，及时汇报任务进度；
2、负责软件研发任务的详细设计、编码；
3、组织项目研发的技术分析工作、参与客户与实施需求调研并进行分析、上报；
4、提供技术支持能力，协助现场实施团队，确保项目进度时效性；
5、熟悉部门软件，进行测试，完成现场软件发布与程序更新工作；
6、与客户进行沟通，将客户需求有效转化开发需求；
7、负责整体项目过程中相关配套文档编写、整理。
任职要求：
1、本科（含）以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、3—5年以上软件程序开发经验，熟悉常用java开发框架：SpringMVC、Mybatis等。熟悉Oracle数据库，Weblogic等安装部署；有使用过相关的ETL工具：KETTLE等；
3、有一定的前端开发经验，熟悉js语法和vue；
4、较强分析、判断和概括能力，逻辑思维能力，一定的抗压能力；
5.有医疗行业软件开发经验优先考虑
