In the autumn of 1989, [Shenzhen Zhenxing Shoes Co., Ltd.] was established in the Yantian Industrial Zone, Shatoujiao, Shenzhen, with an investment of USD 10 million, a factory area of over 32,000 square meters, 12 modern production lines, multiple sets of world-advanced production equipment, and more than 5,000 employees, producing over 5 million pairs of high-grade leather shoes annually. In addition to owning brands such as Harson, Kadina, and Kawen in the domestic market, the Group has also actively expanded into international markets and undertaken OEM processing for several world-renowned brands. Its products sell well worldwide, and the hand-sewn Mark shoes produced by the Group rank in a leading position. In recent years, the Group's products have been awarded multiple honorary titles by authoritative departments for their excellent quality, among which the Harson brand is listed as one of China's Top Ten Genuine Leather Shoe Kings.

In 2004, Zhenxing Shoes invested RMB 30 million to build a facility in the Xikeng Industrial Zone, Henggang Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen, with a factory area of 20,000 square meters and 5 additional advanced production lines, with a designed annual output of over 2.5 million pairs. In 1997, the "Harson" women's shoes won first prize in the "Genuine Leather Mark Cup" National Leather Shoe Design Competition; in 1998, 2000, 2002, and 2004, for six consecutive years, it was awarded the title of "China's Top Ten Genuine Leather Shoe King" by the China Leather Industry Association; in 2004, the "Harson" brand genuine leather shoes ranked among the top five in domestic sales for several consecutive years; in 2002, it won the title of "Guangdong Famous Brand Product"; in 2004, it won the title of "Shenzhen Most Influential Brand"; in 2004, Zhenxing Shoes was honored to serve as a demonstration factory for visits by peers from the China Leather Association, and after the visit, the peers from the Leather Association highly praised the production and management of Zhenxing Shoes.
