Houshi Architectural Design (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a design company with comprehensive Class A qualifications in construction engineering and Class A qualifications in urban and rural planning. The company is headquartered at Floor 3, Building 2, No. 71 North Sichuan Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai, and has established a construction drawing design center and engineering center in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company is mainly engaged in general contracting management of construction projects, project planning, urban planning, architectural design, environmental landscape design, and other technical services and project management. It has successively established solid business cooperation relationships with groups such as Vanke, Evergrande, Greenland, Poly, Yurun, Midea, and Shimao. During over a decade of design practice, Houshi has gradually formed its advantageous "whole industry chain and whole process control system." From the preliminary research stage to the mid-term in-depth design and every design stage until the final completion, we strive to be professional and methodical, which ensures that, against the backdrop of rapid economic development, the rational thinking and passionate creation we invest in our works can be realized to the greatest extent.
