负责电气系统、给排水系统的规划与管理并实现运营。
Areas of Responsibilities:
Responsible fthe 10KV 0.4KV H/L voltage power system planning maintenance，assure power supply system safety the parameter: power capacity/ factor/voltage, ESD resistance, Luminance are within SPEC.
高低压配电系统的规划与维护,确保用电安全以及用电相关参数（电力容量，电压，功率因数，ESD电阻值，照度）满足内部客户要求。
Responsible fwater drainage water supply management.
负责给排水系统的管理。
Conduct associated contract management to assure contract is performed effectively
执行相关联的合同管理确保合同的有效实施。
Conduct proactive preventive maintenance fresponsible systems to make sure the effectively operations assure the buildings are under effective maintenance.
执行前瞻性预防维护管理，确保各系统的有效运行,确保建筑物得到合理的维护。
Conduct project management fassigned project to realize optimized project plan with reasonable project cost on time.
对分配的项目实施项目管理，实现项目方案优化，以合理的项目成本按时完成项目。
Support other colleagues work from electrical aspect
从电气角度支持其它同事的工作。
Education Experience：
3-5 years experience in facilities management in the field of electrical related system (such as power supply, security systems, crane etc).
3-5年厂务电气相关系统的管理工作经验。
College above, majin electricity，electrical construction related subject.
电气、电子或建筑相关专业大学以上毕业。
