SeniManufacturing Innovation Engineer,thopedics(Contractor)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.Customer Engagement - Communicate closely with site leadership operations to understtheir frustrations opportunities. Monitanalyze manufacturing value streams translate site needs focused engineering tasks technical pilots that deliver measurable improvements.
2.Manufacturing Solution Design Delivery - Identify practical technical opportunities develop detailed engineering solutions, prototypes, pilot plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders to ensure solutions are realistic, scalable, aligned with site priorities.
3.Best Value fMoney - Support development of fully scoped, costed, scheduled technical proposals that underpin business cases. Contribute to ROI analysis, evaluate internal external funding options (including government grants tax incentives), help balance technical risk with speed of delivery from TRL 1 to TRL 9.
4.Process Roadmap Ownership - Take ownership fdelivering parts of the process innovation roadmap by executing delivering engineering activities that align with site KPIs.
5.Programme Delivery - Lead realization within programmes from inception through commissioning handover. Ensure engineering deliverables meet schedule, budget, risk-exposure expectations while driving the intended operational benefits.
6.Involvement collaboration - Collaborate across functions (Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain) to provide balanced technical assessments ensure customer requirements are met. Actively contribute to site platform initiatives (e.g., JJPS, JJOS) represent engineering perspectives in multidisciplinary forums.
7.Manufacturing Accountability - Supervise coach technical staff during installation, commissioning, process changes, coordinate with global teams fconsistent deployment of upgrades modifications.
8.Responsible fcommunicating business-related issues opportunities to next management level
9.Responsible ffollowing all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety Environmental practices as applicable.
10.Fthose who supervise manage a staff, responsible fensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety Environmental practices that all resources needed to do so are available in good condition, if applicable
11.Responsible fensuring personal Company compliance with all Federal, State, local Company regulations, policies, procedures
12.Performs other duties assigned as needed
EXPERIENCE EDUCATION：
1.Degree in Chemical, Material, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, related field.
2.Bachelors’ Degree is must, Post Graduate Degree is preferred.
3.5 years working experience is must, 7 – 10 years is preferred.
4.Fluental/Written English is must, Excellent English Speaker/Writer is preferred
5.Internal/External auditexperience is preferred
6.Strong experience in manufacturing/process improvement, project delivery.
7.Experience with project management engineering validation (FMEA, FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, as applicable).
8.Knowledge of project finance control, such as cost estimating, ROI analysis, business case setup.
9.Lean / Six Sigma familiarity (Green/Black Belt equivalent experience preferred). Experience in data analysis.
10.Strong problem-solving skills.
