任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，211/985等软件工程、计算机等专业优先；
2.5年以上JAVA开发经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验；
3.熟练掌握主流开发框架，有丰富的开发经验，如Springboot、SpringMVC、Mybatis等，对微服务有实践经验；
4.熟练掌握Oracle、MySQL等数据库，有数据库优化经验，熟悉非关系型数据库的设计与使用；
5.熟练掌握redis的服务模式, 熟悉redis的常规使用方法，熟悉消息中间件（rabbitMQ），了解其实现原理和使用方法；
6.熟悉分布式开发模式及其相关技术服务框架（zookeeper、 dubbo），熟悉大型复杂分布式Web系统的设计和开发；
7.熟悉java并发编程,熟练掌握基本的IO操作
8.熟悉多种设计模式，程序设计和代码架构有实际项目经验
9.熟悉JVM机制,理解JVM对象管理和内存分配、熟悉JVM调优的基本方法
10.了解flutter
11.有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、归纳、解决问题，能够独立或带队进行项目开发；
12.责任心强，做事细心、主动性思考，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力。
