本公司顺昶塑胶(天津)厂为2014年刚筹建之Pe Film加工厂(台资企业)，工厂座落于静海西双塘(目前建厂中)，我司顺昶塑胶为台湾聚合化学品股份有限公司( USI Corporation ) 于1986年投资设立(顺昶塑胶公司)，从事聚乙烯制品之制造与贩售，总部设于台北-内湖。目前，顺昶在海内外共有9个工厂，除供应当地需求外，产品行销涵盖海外主要市场。
现阶段，公司正持续推动扩展计划，除加强各地的投资之外，并积极投入相关产品线的扩展，期以提供客户更满意的产品及更完善的服务。
顺昶塑胶（天津）有限公司为2014年筹建，工厂座落于静海县双塘高档五金制品产业园（目前处于建厂中），注册资本570万美元，预计于2015年9月份完工。
