In 2001, it was attracted by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government to invest and establish operations in Wujiashan, Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, and was renamed and registered as Wuhan Haidelong Instrument Technology Co., Ltd.

The company's business scope includes: manufacturing and anti-corrosion of boiler water level gauges, petrochemical liquid level gauges, automation instruments, valves, pipelines, pipe fittings, chemical equipment, etc.; engineering design, sales, installation and maintenance of intelligent monitoring, detection, and control systems and bus technology supporting projects; housing leasing, etc. The company is a member factory of the equipment resource market, the main channel for material and equipment supply of China Petrochemical Corporation system, and one of the first-level supply network providers of China National Petroleum Corporation.
