岗位职责
1.负责公司核心 Python 项目的设计、开发、优化及维护工作，确保项目的高效稳定运行。
2.深入理解业务需求，将其转化为技术方案，并推动方案的落地实施，注重工程落地效果。
3.参与技术架构的设计与改进，提升系统的可扩展性、可靠性和性能。
4.研究和引入新技术、新框架，解决项目开发过程中的技术难题，特别是在大模型、agent 开发领域有相关实践经验者优先，需将相关技术应用到实际项目中，实现工程落地。
5.与团队成员协作，进行代码审查，能够指导初级开发工程师，提升团队整体技术水平。
6.负责项目中与 Java 相关的交互开发工作，确保不同技术栈之间的无缝衔接。
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，4 年以上 Python 开发经验，对 Python 语言有深刻的理解，熟悉 Python 的核心语法、数据结构、设计模式及常用库。
2.具备一定的 Java 开发知识，了解 Java 的基本语法和常用框架，能够进行简单的 Java 代码编写和调试。
3.熟悉至少一种主流的 Web 框架（如 Django、Flask 等），有大型 Web 应用开发经验者优先。
4.了解大模型、agent 开发相关知识，有相关项目经验者优先，能够将相关技术应用到实际工程中。
