Founded in 2003, Suzhou Chuanshi Film and Television Media Joint-stock Co., Ltd. has grown over more than 10 years to become the largest full-process film and television production company in the Yangtze River Delta region (and no less!).
The company's headquarters is located in Suzhou International Science and Technology Park, with a total registered capital exceeding 80 million yuan and a team of nearly 600 people, including over 500 professional film and television production talents. It has set up subsidiaries in multiple cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Anhui, Wuxi, and Xuzhou. The company owns over 8,500 square meters of office space and 5,000 square meters of studios, holds 5 "Radio and Television Program Production and Operation Licenses," has hardware equipment worth over 50 million yuan, and an annual production capacity of more than 500 projects. In 2015, its revenue reached over 70 million yuan (including only film and television production income, excluding distribution and copyright revenue).
Chuanshi completed its shareholding reform in 2014 and was listed on the New Third Board in 2015 (stock code: 832455).
In 2015, the company completely phased out high-definition production technology and fully upgraded to a 4K digital film production platform; it can complete up to 6K/19 million pixel front-end shooting and 8K/32 million pixel post-production. The company owns 19 sets of 4K/5K/6K cinema cameras, 7 aerial camera systems, 7 large camera cranes, and 14 DaVinci film color grading systems. Its team includes 35 film and television scriptwriters, 26 documentary directors and editors, 54 commercial script and planning personnel, 134 production team members, over 170 post-production team members, and 13 promotion and distribution staff.
Chuanshi's works span multiple fields including films, TV dramas, documentaries, web dramas, web movies, promotional videos, and TV commercials. Many of the works it participated in have achieved excellent ratings and repeatedly won major awards.
