公司于1993年在深圳注册成立，2010年迁至湖北，筹建京山金模捷工业园，2012年7月工业园试生产。全部建成投产后，可年产13万个投影仪灯架和8.4万个灯泡，实现销售收入6000万美元。公司于2008年6月已通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系及ISO14001：2004环境管理体系认证。
