Job Summary:
The SeniLean Engineer is responsible foverseeing the daily operation ongoing development of Belden Suzhous Lean operation system. By effectively coordinating across all plant departments, this position spearheads continuous improvement initiatives, strategically utilizing Lean principles tools to optimize overall performance elevate operational efficiency. This position will also support Lean improvement projects of other Belden plants across the APAC region.

You will make an impact in the following way:
• Manage develop the factorys Lean system, facilitating daily Lean meetings at production sites ensuring the effective implementation of the Lean framework. Assist the SeniLean Manager in sustaining enhancing the Lean Daily Management System within the plant.
• Implement Kaizen activities using a variety of Lean production tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide comprehensive training to plant employees on Lean systems tools, empowering them to contribute effectively to improvement initiatives.
• Establish enforce 5S standards throughout the plant. Promote 5S implementation, conduct regular audits, drive continuous improvement in 5S levels across all departments.
• Lead quick changeover initiatives by analyzing optimizing changeover processes. Set quick changeover standards work towards reducing changeover times to enhance production flexibility.
• Collect analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data to identify areas fimprovement. Implement strategies to enhance equipment utilization reduce downtime, thereby improving OEE levels.
• Manage plant layout to optimize space utilization, improve workflow efficiency, reduce material handling times.
• Administer implement an employee rationalization suggestion system. Encourage employee participation, evaluate suggestions ffeasibility impact, implement effective suggestions to drive continuous improvement.
• support Lean improvement projects of other Belden plants across the APAC region.
• Other task assigned by line manager.

What you will bring:
• A minimum of three years hands-on experience in Lean Industrial Engineering-related work within a manufacturing environment.
• A Bachelors degree above, preferably in Industrial Engineering a related field.
• Good spoken English proficiency in reading written English.
• Familiarity with Office software other relevant tools fdata analysis presentation.
• An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate motivate cross-functional teams, with a determined mindset to drive projects forward achieve results.
