1984 – The company was established in Anaheim, California, USA, specializing in the production of flexible circuit boards, and began providing assembly services in 1989.
1994 – Established and operated the Suzhou Suning plant in China, providing flexible circuit board manufacturing and assembly services (closed in 2011 in line with municipal planning).
2000 – Established and operated the Suzhou Hongzhuang plant in China, providing flexible circuit board manufacturing and assembly services.
2004 – Listed on NASDAQ with the trading symbol MFLX.
2010 – Established and operated the Suzhou Guoxiang plant in China, providing flexible circuit board manufacturing services.
2011 – Established and operated the Chengdu plant in China, providing flexible circuit board assembly and module services (closed in 2014).
2012 – The company headquarters was relocated to Irvine, California, USA.
2016 – Acquired by Dongshan Precision.
