Guangzhou Petrochemical Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jian'an Company) is located at No. 550, Shihua Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. Its predecessor was the former Guangzhou Petrochemical General Plant Construction and Installation Engineering Company, established in 1978. It is a state-owned enterprise integrating chemical equipment maintenance, inspection and repair, manufacturing, and installation. In December 2004, it was restructured into a joint-stock company. Currently, it has more than 2,000 employees, including over 300 engineering and technical personnel. The company boasts strong technical strength, with more than 200 certified professional and technical personnel holding certificates such as IIW, IIS welding engineers and ASME authorized inspection engineers, and complete coverage of trades including machinery, electricity, instruments, and pressure sealing. The company's current assets exceed 49 million yuan, and it possesses advanced equipment and systems including welding, lifting, machinery, rotor dynamic balancing, valve pressure testing, machining, as well as large-scale machinery and equipment operation status monitors, totaling 2,000 sets/units. Over the years, we have been based in Guangzhou Petrochemical, expanding our reach to the Pearl River Delta, with keen reform and continuous progress. Leveraging our strong technical strength, advanced equipment, and outstanding technical personnel, we occupy the maintenance market of Guangzhou Petrochemical and Zhuhai BP. In Huizhou, we have three maintenance branches responsible for the equipment maintenance of all or part of the units of Huade Petroleum, Shell Ethylene, and CNOOC Huizhou Refinery. Meanwhile, the company also engages in installation and manufacturing services, with one main business supported by two secondary ones, making us one of the best petrochemical inspection and repair and installation teams in South China.
