ELMOOD至今已经有35年悠长历史，*早起源于蒋家的中国古董收藏几修复生意。
在中国不断访寻古董的旅程中，William Chiang亲眼目睹旧村庄中有大量未曾使用过却被遗弃了的旧榆木，从而触发他的灵感；不可让这些珍贵的材料变成废物！于是，2004年开始，远远超前现今的“绿化”潮流，融合榻修复旧家具的经验，借助手工艺技术让这些旧榆木得到重生。
经过差不多10年时光洗礼，2013年ELMOOD开始和Giordano Caldarini设计师携手合作，运用FSC认证木材来制作高品质家具，从而把他们的“绿化”理念往前推进一大步。2016年，ELMOOD采用中横木制造实木家具，这一独特技术让ELMOOD制造出更加坚实而又轻便的家具，同时ELMOOD掀开了新章程: 利用成熟的科研技术，构思更好的环保设计，制造出既传统又时尚的实木家具。我们时刻秉承简洁、好用、美观和诚信的构思及创作理念，把中西方不同的设计概念和技巧融为一体。我们的热诚与好奇心反映在每一件成品上。
