十堰合骏实业有限公司成立于2003年11月，总部位于湖北省十堰市张湾区花果放马坪路2号，下属两个生产基地，工厂总面积25000平米。年产值近3亿，主营商用车及乘用车发动机、变速箱及底盘关键零部件及国外知名企业高端机械产品。公司现有各种设备330余台套，设备总资产达1.2亿，其中加工中心144台、数控车床69台、数控滚齿机1台、数控插齿机1台、数控铣床12台、普通机加设备74台、三坐标测量机8台、其它检测仪器16台、其它设备35台。公司现有员工330余人，其中高级职称人员5名，中级职称人员8人，一般技术人员35名。公司于2005年4月通过ISO9001-2000质量管理体系认证，2008年11月通过 ISO/TS16949 质量管理体系认证，2013年10月通过GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001：2004环境管理体系认证。同时也特别注重企业知识产权的保护，近几年来已申报和批复的国家专利共计46项。
