1.试用期一般为3个月；试用期间公司配发统一厂服、按国家规定实行工伤保险制度.公司为试培人员代办暂住户口证。享受浮动工资和劳保用品待遇。
2.试用合格给予转正，转正后普通作业员工为计件工资制度，多劳多得；科室人员日薪制。 工资按月发放，年终全部结清。
3.公司内部设有宿舍、食堂,被褥自带，菜金自理，丰简由人；夜班晚餐及夜班加班点心由公司免费提供；新岗员工每星期可以到财务预支生活费。

5.员工根据法规享有婚假、产假、丧假等休假的权利。
