Trinity Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 00891 on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong) is primarily engaged in the retail business of premium men's apparel in the Greater China and European markets, and operates major brands globally under franchise arrangements. The Group operates four international men's apparel brands, namely Gieves & Hawkes, Kent & Curwen, Cerruti 1881, and D'URBAN. In addition to its owned brands Gieves & Hawkes, Kent & Curwen, and Cerruti 1881, D'URBAN is operated under a long-term franchise in the Greater China region. By successfully introducing, promoting, and managing international men's apparel brands in the markets where it operates, the Group has developed into one of the influential men's apparel retail networks in Greater China. As of December 31, 2019, the Group operated 212 retail stores in Greater China, of which 143 were located in Mainland China. The Group's retail stores are strategically located in high-end shopping malls and department stores in prime locations to attract target customers and maintain the premium image of the brands. Most of the Group's retail stores are self-operated to consistently maintain high-quality standards in sales, marketing, and customer service functions, and are primarily single-brand stores to support growth and uphold the reputation of each brand.
