北海益众社会工作服务中心（简称“北海益众”）是由北海宏泰水产有限公司、广西美乐酒店投资管理有限公司和北海民间志愿者协会共同发起成立的非营利性民办非企业单位。2014年12月在北海民政局注册登记。益众今后将秉持“让社会服务更专业”的使命，遵循“透明、专业、高效、创新“的服务理念，在“快乐服务，沐浴阳光“的愿景指引下，致力于更多社会服务项目的开发、承接和执行，并为其他机构提供技术支持。
