三、协作与沟通
与产品、设计、后端等团队紧密协作，明确需求边界，推进项目进度。
参与技术方案讨论，分享安卓开发经验，推动团队技术能力提升。
撰写技术文档，包括接口文档、开发手册、版本更新说明等。
职位要求:
1、5年以上工作经验:
2、熱悉Kotlin和Java等语言能力，熟悉android平台下的高性能编程及性能调优，对网络通信、内存管理等有一定了解;
3、对中大型项目的稳定性和性能有深入理解，并在项目或产品中有设计实践经验;
4、熟悉主流的开源组件(类似Okhttp,lottie，glide)和MVVM研发模式;
5、对Compose,KMP, Flutter，Al有一定了解是加分项目;
6、有英文基础，英文流利者加分
