The founding team consists of members from NetEase, Alibaba, inheritors of Hongbang tailors, UC, and project managers from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The company has created two brands, "Yunshang Customization" and "Etailor", and is committed to introducing European and American concepts of well-fitted clothing and seamless alteration to China. It is a designated alteration service provider for international first-line brands such as Armani, BOSS, Shanghai Tang, and Dickson, and is also a recommended alteration brand by many famous Hong Kong stores. It has served many celebrities including Zhou Dongyu, Guo Biting, and Zhao Liying, and is a designated alteration service provider for numerous film and television institutions. Etailor is also a [Culture + Technology] project supported by the Propaganda Department of Guangdong Province, and is the first alteration brand in China to implement ERP data management in its central factory.
