犍为大众医院于2014年2月获得犍为县卫生局设置医疗机构批准书（批准文号：犍卫字【2014】02号），并于2014年11月6日获得犍为县卫生局医疗机构执业许可证；本医院位于犍为县老城区，北街58号，属民营医院，占地4亩，建筑面积2900平方米，拥有病床60张，预备床15张。设内科，外科，骨伤科，康复理疗科，医学影像科，医学检验科。特别骨伤科是中西医结合特色专科，由30余年临床经验的副主任医师陶功元作为学科带头人。其它科均由具有30年以上临床经验的主治医师负责日常工作。拥有DR高频放射机、C型臂、射频治疗仪、彩超、全自动生化仪、血液分析仪、电解质分析仪、尿液分析仪、血凝仪等等。
