Chongqing Tianjing Property Service Co., Ltd. was established in April 2004 with a registered capital of 5 million RMB. It holds the National First-Class Property Management Enterprise qualification and has introduced and obtained three certifications: ISO Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
It is a member unit of the China Property Management Association, a council member unit of the Chongqing Property Management Association, and a council member unit of the Nan'an District Property Management Society. Since 2005, it has successively signed contracts to manage the Jiaotong University Zhiyuan Campus and Jiaotong University Jingyuan Campus, developed and constructed by Chongqing Jiaoyuan Jiangnan University City Real Estate Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned enterprise of Chongqing Jiaotong University; the Qigongli campus under construction, Yuzhong District Government Kindergarten, Bashu Building Residential Community, No. 69 Xuefu Avenue High-grade Residential Area, Meimeng Chengzhen Residential Community, Yushan Qian High-grade Residential Area, 28 Que High-grade Residential Area, Shanyuan Li High-grade Residential Area, Jiangjin Xishan Meijun, China International Western Plumbing and Heating City Project, Yueshe Hotel, etc. The managed and consulted area is approximately more than 1.2 million square meters, covering residential, commercial, and school public building projects.
