Founded in 1995 with a registered capital of RMB 550 million, the company is a member of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Guangzhou Futures Exchange, and Shanghai International Energy Exchange, as well as a trading and clearing member of the China Financial Futures Exchange. It holds qualifications for futures brokerage, asset management, investment consulting, and other businesses, and has established a risk management subsidiary in Shanghai, Shanghai Huawen Financial Information Service Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 150 million.
