Zhongle Liuxing Hotel

Located in the prime area of Beijing's urban district, Zhongle Liuxing Hotel stands in close proximity to the Temple of Heaven Park, and is a landmark high-rise building in the southern part of the city. Situated northeast of Liujiayao Bridge on the South Third Ring Road, east of Puhuangyu Road, and at the core of Fangzhuang area, the hotel enjoys convenient transportation with close access to Metro Lines 5 and 14. The hotel officially began trial operations on June 14, 2014. Its circular building has a total height of 126 meters, and from the top floor, one can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the capital, taking in the National Centre for the Performing Arts, the Great Hall of the People, the new China Central Television headquarters, and other iconic Beijing landmarks, offering limitless vistas.

Originally named "Jinhui Center," [1] the hotel was a Beijing investment promotion project initiated in Hong Kong in 1992, with construction formally commencing the following year. By the end of 2008, the relevant parties had essentially reached an agreement on the equity transfer, but continuing operations still faced enormous financial pressure, causing the project to remain unfinished for a long time. In 2010, Shoukai Group listed Beijing Jingcheng Real Estate for transfer at a starting price of 194 million yuan on the Beijing Equity Exchange, along with nearly 135 million yuan in creditor's rights. The core asset of Jingcheng Real Estate was the "Jinhui Center," accounting for over 98% of its total assets. In 2011, Zhongle Group officially acquired 100% of the equity in Jingcheng Real Estate. Subsequently, Wang Ming, Chairman of Zhongle Group, publicly stated that the group would invest heavily to transform it into a five-star hotel and rename it Zhongle Liuxing Hotel.

Zhongle Liuxing Hotel has a total of 40 floors and a total construction area of 35,000 square meters. Built by Zhongle Group to ultra-five-star standards, it features 190 luxurious and comfortable guest rooms, suites, presidential suites, a well-equipped business conference center, Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, bar, office spaces, a 360-degree observation restaurant, SPA club, fitness center, and other full-function supporting facilities.

The establishment of Zhongle Liuxing Hotel holds strategic significance for the group's development. The project is situated in a prime location, close to the South Third Ring Road, Beijing South Railway Station subway, and other key transportation hubs, making it well-suited for a hotel, and Zhongle Group has experience in operating and managing hotel investments [2]. With hundreds of thousands of Zhejiang residents living in Beijing, the hotel is also set to serve as a platform for communication among Zhejiang businessmen.
