本公司产品种类包括肉干、肉丝、肉松和腊肠等。产品系列呈现多种不同的肉类如猪肉、牛肉、鱼肉和鸡肉。产品主销香港、新加坡等地。目前公司开设直营专卖店有200多家。公司自成立以来，律于严格的卫生要求，拥有先进的技术，优良的设备，并采用香字肉干传统的调配秘方和古老的烘烤方法，制出的优良产品，吸引了广大消费者。
有鉴于采用系统式的品质管理，同时对产品制造附于严格的卫生管制，本公司于2004年荣获ISO9000：2000证书。除此之外，生产线同时采用HACCP系统。
