Haiyu (Shanghai) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haiyu Medical") is positioned in the pharmaceutical supply chain field, focusing on supply chain innovation and intelligent solutions. Haiyu Medical's subsidiary, Haiyu (Shanghai) Software Co., Ltd., was founded in 2005 and is a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise, software enterprise, credit-awarded enterprise by the People's Bank of China, and an A-level tax credit enterprise. It is a research project undertaking unit of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission and a joint research and development unit of Shanghai University.
Haiyu Medical's headquarters is established in Shanghai, with research and development bases in Shanghai and Nanjing, and has successively set up branches and offices in Jiangsu, Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Guizhou, and other places. In 2013, Haiyu Medical officially entered the pharmaceutical supply chain field, possessing a large-scale, stable, and efficient consulting, research and development, implementation, and service team in China. It has independently developed the Haiyu Pharmaceutical In-hospital Logistics Management Platform (SPD), Haiyu Pharmaceutical Internet Service Platform (B2B), Haiyu In-hospital Intelligent Equipment Control Platform (WCS), and Haiyu Central Distribution Center Management Platform (DCM), providing medical supplies management and pharmaceutical supply chain management solutions for well-known pharmaceutical companies and hospitals.
