恩施市磐龙建材有限责任公司于2010年10月14日在恩施市工商行政管理局注册成立，注册资本人民币3000万元整，属自然人出资有限责任公司，注册地址恩施市龙凤镇建设大道1号（原恩施市富民水泥有限公司内）。公司早在2011年1月便通过了湖北省建设工程质量检测机构资质认证，并于同年7月获恩施州住建委审核颁发的预拌商品混凝土专业承包三级资质证书。现有管理人员18人，各类技术人员20余人（其中高级职称3人，中级职称5人），熟练技术工人40余人，其它员工10余人，各类车辆驾驶员60余人。几年来，在社会各界的关注与广大客户的支持下，如今公司已成长为具有一定规模的运作成熟的综合加工企业，公司产品与服务已被市场广泛接受与认可。
