I. Company Profile
Beijing Leedogao Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Leedogao Development) is a second-level subsidiary controlled by Beijing Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JN Energy Group), established on November 3, 2009, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Currently, it is mainly responsible for the construction, development, and operation management of the Leedogao project, while also accumulating management experience and cultivating a reserve talent pool for the strategic transformation and upgrading of JN Energy Group's real estate main business. The company currently consists of ten departments, one office, and three professional branches. Leedogao has gathered a large number of talents in commercial tourism real estate development and operation management, and has integrated operational management and brand resources such as Marriott Hotel Group and Yansha, laying a foundation for high-quality operation, scientific management, and sustainable development of the project.
II. Project Overview
Leedogao is located about 2 kilometers west of the Xiguan Roundabout in Changping, at the gateway area of the Ming Tombs Scenic Area. It borders the Beijing-Xinjiang Expressway to the east and the Beijing-Tibet Expressway to the south. A dedicated exit is planned on the Badaling Expressway, and it is approximately 800 meters from the terminal station of Changping Metro. The total land area of the project is 398,200 square meters, with a planned total construction area of 296,100 square meters. The total investment is estimated at about 4.55 billion yuan. The project consists of three parts: Outlets, Marriott Hotel, and Fantasy Land. During the construction period, the project received strong support and assistance from leaders at all levels of Beijing Municipal and Changping District governments and various committees and bureaus. The project was listed as a key livelihood project of Beijing in 2013 on February 21, incorporated into the "green channel" on April 1, approved for project initiation by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission on May 31, and officially started construction in September. Leedogao Fantasy Land and Outlets opened in August and September 2016 respectively, and Leedogao Marriott Hotel is expected to officially open in May 2017. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to bring 6 million visitors, 4.2 billion yuan in social consumption, 280 million yuan in taxes, and nearly 6,000 jobs annually, which will definitely make positive contributions to Beijing's socio-economic development and commercial tourism industry.
