山东中大汇通工程造价咨询有限公司是在山东中大会计师事务所有限公司兼营工程造价咨询业务基础上分立出来的专营企业。2001年10月，山东中大会计师事务所有限公司取得工程造价咨询乙级资质。2008年6月，按照建设主管部门工程造价咨询机构资质分立的要求，成立山东中大汇通工程造价咨询有限公司（以下简称“公司”），承接并延续了山东中大会计师事务所有限公司工程造价咨询资质和相关业务。2009年9月经中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部批准，由乙级晋升为甲级工程造价咨询资质。注册资本200万元，法定代表人：宋建民。
