岗位职责：
根据生产设备（含冲床、油压机、焊接设备、机加工设备、钎焊等）和模具规划，完成设备保养、维修、改善工作和设备文件的管理工作，保障生产设备的正常运行。
1、根据设备保养、维修计划，完成设备的维保工作；
2、负责日常设备巡检，监督检查设备日常点检完成情况；
3、负责设备文件的记录、分析、存档，对设备维修数据进行分析并提出改善方案；
4、负责车间员工设备使用、安全操作、日常点检及自助保养等方面的培训；
5、协助完成设备保养计划的编制工作；
6、协助完成设备的更新、改造工作；
7、参与制定相关设备管理文件（操作规程、日常保养指导书、定期保养指导书等）；
8、参与完成生产设备重大事故的调查和处理工作。
9、领导交代的其他任务。
任职资格:
1、持有电工证，3年以上设备维修经验；
2、熟悉设备安全操作，熟练掌握设备维修技能，基本了解设备管理技能；
3、了解16949设备要求相关知识；
4、有良好的沟通能力，对工作认真负责和团队协作精神，能服从公司领导的安排。
