Chongqing Guowei Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guowei Group") was founded by Mr. Lv Wenyi, a recipient of the "World Wenzhou Merchants Top 100 Influential Figures Award". Guowei Group started its business in 1999 and was established in September 2013, with a registered capital of 300 million yuan.
