岗位职责：
1、负责银行核心业务系统的设计、开发与维护，独立完成核心功能模块的代码编写与单元测试。

3、与需求分析师、测试工程师紧密配合，理解业务流程，完成接口设计、数据库设计及技术文档编写。
4、协助解决生产环境中的技术问题，参与代码审查，确保代码质量符合银行安全规范与性能标准。
5、参与技术预研与攻关，持续优化系统性能，推动微服务化、容器化等技术演进在银行场景的落地。
任职要求：
1、计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上Java开发经验，有银行或金融科技项目背景者优先。
2、熟悉Java语言及JVM原理，熟悉Spring Boot/Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架，具备微服务架构实践经验。
3、熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握消息队列（如Kafka）、缓存（Redis）、数据库（MySQL、Elasticsearch）及常用中间件的使用与调优。
4、具备扎实的面向对象设计能力，熟悉设计模式，能编写高质量、可维护的代码。
5、熟悉Linux操作系统，具备基本的Shell脚本编写能力；熟练使用Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术者优先。
6、具备较强的逻辑思维与问题定位能力，能独立解决复杂技术难题，有良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
7、对银行系统的安全性、事务一致性、数据准确性有深刻理解，有高并发、大流量系统开发经验者优先。
