导航与路径规划算法工程师：
岗位职责：
1. 负责无人工程机械自主导航的全局和局部路径规划、避障算法的开发、部署调试和优化
2. 负责无人工程机械定位算法开发与调试
3. 编写技术文档
4. 负责推进相关技术专利、软著等知识产权的申请
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，博士优先，应届或3年以上算法开发工作经验，机械工程类、计算机、机器人、自动化等相关专业；
2. 熟悉Linux平台开发环境，熟练掌握C/C++/Python等编程语言，具备扎实的软件设计开发能力
3. 精通ROS开发工具
4. 熟悉机器人算法在嵌入式平台的开发和部署
5. 熟悉常用全局路径规划与局部路径规划算法，例如Dijkstra、A、D、RRT、PID、DWA、TEB、MPC、hybrid A等算法；
6. 熟悉常用的组合定位算法
7. 有相关产品落地经验者优先
8. 具备进取心和责任感，主动学习和挑战，良好的逻辑思维、沟通表达和团队协作能力
