Huaneng Jingmen Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was invested and established on November 3, 2011, by Huaneng International Power Development Corporation, a subsidiary of China Huaneng Group. Since January 1, 2015, it has been controlled by Huaneng International Power Co., Ltd. The Huaneng Jingmen "shutting down small units for large ones" combined heat and power project is a key power source construction project under Hubei Province's "12th Five-Year Plan," with a planned installed capacity of 4×350MW, to be constructed in two phases. Phase I involves the construction of two 350MW supercritical coal-fired heating and power generating units, with a static investment of 2.798 billion RMB, and construction commenced on December 21, 2012. Unit No.1 passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation on November 15, 2014, and Unit No.2 passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation on October 31, 2014. During the trial operation, the automatic input and protection input rates were both 100%, and all parameters, energy consumption, and emission indicators reached the designed values. Currently, both units have been officially transferred to production operation.
