1.我校创办于1995年6月，是一所集小学、初中、普高和国际部为一体的全寄宿制学校。校园占地110亩（含已征地待建体艺馆土地），建筑面积8万多平方米，总体投资近亿元。
2、现有64个班级，学生2811人，其中小学部30个班级，学生1287人，初中部11个班级，学生468人，高中部21个班级，学生1013人，另有国际部2个班级，学生43人。高中部学生以义乌本地为主占85 ％，但小学、初中部学生以市外为主，外地学生的家长基本上都是经商办厂者。国际部学生来自世界11个国家和地区。
3、全校教职工350余人，其中专职教师192人，生活老师45人，文化学科教师中84％以上是外地教师，他们来自全国19个省市。
