职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，具有3年以上Java平台开发经验；
2.JAVA基础扎实，熟悉JVM、多线程相关知识，能熟练使用主流开源框架进行开发；
3.熟悉springboot,mybatis,redis,zookeeper,nginx，了解hive,hbase,flink等大数据平台技术的使用；
4.熟悉java多线程编程技术,对系统瓶颈分析,整体性能调优有一定经验;熟悉linux环境，有丰富的生产环境问题排查经验；
5.熟悉数据库技术(MySQL/TiDB/Elasticsearch/mongodb),数据库优化及SQL优化；
6.熟悉WebService、dubbo RPC以及RocketMQ、Kafka等异步消息技术；
7.熟悉HTML/CSS/JavaScript等前端技术及VUE、jQuery、bootstrap等常用框架；
8.熟悉Maven、GIT等项目开发工具的使用；
9.具备良好的编程习惯、文档写作、需求分析、程序设计的能力，态度端正，细致认真、善于沟通、并能够承受正常范围内的工作压力；
