医院设门诊大楼、医技大楼、住院大楼、综合服务楼、供应楼5个部分；设有内外妇儿、医技科室，五年来又逐步分出骨科、普外科、泌尿外科、妇科、产科、儿科、五官科、内科、急诊科等10个二级科室，并设有层流净化手术室、影像、检验、病理、B超室、胃镜室、供应室等8个医技科室。全院设计床位350张，目前开放床位300张。
我院现有员工359人。其中正高职称5名，副高职称21名，中级职称40名，初级职称150多名。现有教授2名，博士学历1人，硕士学历3名.平均年龄33.5岁。
